Abstract: The article outlines approaches to interpreting digital products and substantiates the differences between them and traditional products. The nature of innovation quality in digital products is characterised as an integral feature that combines technological, functional, consumer, and managerial components, and the differences from traditional criteria for assessing product quality are identified. The functions of financial, social, and marketing tools for innovation management in the process of digital product creation and development are systematised, and the conditions for potential achievement of a synergetic effect from their coordinated application within a unified management system are determined. This research relies on systems and interdisciplinary approaches, which allow the quality of digital product innovation to be viewed as the result of the interaction of several interconnected components. Theoretical summary of scholarly sources, structural and logical analysis, and comparative analysis are used for the systematisation of groups of managerial tools. The scientific novelty of this research lies in the development of a conceptual model that substantiates that an increase in the innovation quality of a digital product is achieved due to coordinated interaction of the financial, social, and marketing tools of innovation management within one system, which is built on the principles of the socio-technical theory. It is substantiated conceptually that this integration can form a synergistic effect, which can be expressed in the acceleration of the innovation cycle, the growth of managerial decision effectiveness, and the reduction of implementation risks, which, in turn, contributes to strengthening companies' competitiveness in the digital economy.
