Abstract: The research aims to develop industry-specific solutions for managing the quality of green digital products to support sustainable development in agriculture, industry, and the service sector of developing economies. To this end, it examines the empirical experience of the 30 most sustainable developing economies, as measured by the SDG Index, in each geographic region of the world in 2026. The results quantitatively assess the relationship between the quality of green digital products and the sustainability of sectoral development in developing economies, revealing that this relationship is strongest in industry but weak in agriculture and the service sector. An industry-specific model of green digital product quality in developing economies was developed, demonstrating that AI-driven automation of production and distribution processes is the most effective product quality management measure in developing economies, whereas the complementary measure of green HRM is relatively ineffective. Based on this model, a new approach to such management was developed and supported by a roadmap extending to 2036. This approach enables flexible adaptation to the specific characteristics of each sector and thereby promotes the most sustainable progress by combining improvements in quality and productivity across all sectors while maintaining a balanced sectoral structure of national GDP.
